Michele Serro is the Founder and CEO of Doorsteps, the best place for homebuyers to make smart decisions on the path to homeownership. A former opera singer, Michele has spent a majority of her career as a design consultant, before turning her sights and passion on changing the way that people find, buy and own homes. Michele is fascinated with finding better, more human-centered ways to harness the internet to support people through major life events. Recently, she was an Associate Partner at IDEO, an innovation and design consultancy, and co-founded the NY office. She is a graduate of The Juilliard School and Indiana University.
