Todd Mobraten serves as President and Chief Operating Officer for USRES, Inc. and its
wholly owned subsidiary, RES.NET, Inc. Mobraten oversees the entire operation and works
closely with the CEO to strategize the company's objectives.

Mobraten joined the company in 1999 and brings over 15 years' experience in distressed assets
and real estate, as well as nearly 20 years' experience as a business operator. Mobraten's vast
range of experience has led him in core initiatives, such as conceptualizing and bringing to
market, revolutionary RES.NET software applications. Mobraten focuses on diversifying
USRES product offerings and vertically aligning partnerships to prepare for cyclical business.
